The United States branch of Detailing for MCAS began in Schaumburg, where the organization was founded. What started as a local car-detailing fundraiser quickly grew into a recurring community initiative. The Schaumburg site now hosts weekly fundraisers, engages dozens of youth volunteers, and partners with local organizations to spread awareness for Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). With thousands raised and hundreds reached, Schaumburg remains the cornerstone of our international impact.
